Sales And markETING manager


The Sales and Marketing Manager at Bourgeois Guitars plays a pivotal role in steering the company towards its strategic goal of becoming a premier worldwide brand in the acoustic guitar industry. This individual will collaborate closely with both Bourgeois’ and Eastman’s executive management teams to craft and execute effective strategies that bolster the brand’s global presence.


Reporting Structure: 

This role reports directly to Bourgeois Guitars’ CEO


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales

    • Set comprehensive annual sales targets, define pricing strategies, and shape the product lineup.
    • Partner with the Bourgeois Product Development team to create new product offerings that are designed to maximize market penetration.
    • Direct sales efforts to the Bourgeois Guitars global dealer network, ensuring alignment with production growth strategies and market demand.
    • Develop and update annual pricelists, ensuring they reflect market trends, company goals, and Bourgeois Guitars’ commitment to providing musicians with an industry-leading value proposition.



    • Craft comprehensive marketing strategies that address the nuances of global markets, aiming for deep market penetration and brand recognition.
    • Work closely with Bourgeois’ and Eastman’s Marketing Teams to guide efforts across various channels and initiatives, including:
    • Print and digital advertising initiatives that increase reach, expand demographics, and maximize impact.
    • Trade shows to showcase Bourgeois’ product lines and forge industry connections.
    • Promotional events that engage potential customers and create buzz around new launches.
    • Social Media campaigns that enhance online presence and engage directly with the existing and target communities.
    • Artist Endorsements to leverage the influence of renowned musicians in promoting Bourgeois guitars.
